Fruits are nature's gift for us and they benefit in recovery for many ailments as well as preventing disease.Berries like cherries,blueberries and strawberries has a positive impact on brain function,if consumed everyday it can delay the onset of dementia and increase neural transmission possibly due to the antioxidants they contain. If you have a family history of dementia then you have all the more reasons to be proactive in preventing dementia, consider increasing your consumption of berries.
