Mustard vinaigrette

 Ingredients- 2 table spoon mustard

2 garlic gloves, minced

1 tea spoon thyme leaves option

1 tea spoon minced Italian parsley optional

½ tea spoon salt

½ tea spoon freshly ground black pepper

4 table spoon fresh lemon juice

1 ½ spoon extra virgin olive oil

Method- put the mustard, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl, and blenderize for 2 – 3 min.

Use immediately, or refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 week; bring to room temperature before using
