Mushroom Tikka

 Ingredients- button mushroom – 200gm

Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp

Ajwain – ½ tsp

Red chili powder – 1/4tsp

Garam masala- ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder- 1 pinch

Besan 2 tbsp

Oil – 2 tsp

Salt as required

Chaat masala to sprinkle

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Lemon juice few drops

Lemon wedges for garnishing

Method

Rinse the mushroom well in water. Drain and wipe them dry. Trim the earthy base stalks a little. Take all the mushrooms in a mixing bowl. Add all the spices powders, carom seeds, salt and oil. Mix well. Keep aside marinating for 20 – 25 min. pre heat the oven to 200 degree c. After 25 min add the gram flour and mix well. Bake mushroom for 20 – 25 min or till the mushroom are cooked and tender and are browned. Sprinkle. Some lemon juice, chaat masala, coriander leaves on the mushroom tikka.

Serve mushroom tikka hot with green chutney.
