 Ingredients

 
75g sweet potato,boiled, peeled and diced
 
75g pineapple,peeled and diced
 
1 tsp tamarind sauce
 
2 tsp roasted and crushed peanuts
 
salt to taste
 
1/4 tsp mirchi powder
 
1/4 tsp chaat masala
 
 
Method
 
Dry roast sweet potato and pineapple. Add tamarind sauce, chaat masala, mirchi, salt. Toss it well. Garnish with crushed peanuts.
