Healthy Low cal soup Recipe

here is the Healthy and quick soup recipe
Ingredients-
1--Half  red apple
2--Half red carrot
3.  Two ripe tomato
4.--a small piece ginger 

5. --4 cups water

6. -coriander leaves for garnishing

pressure cook all the ingredients together for 7 to 8 minutes with salt according to taste.

once its done and cool ,blend it.

serve it hot ,add black pepper if you like ,garnish with coriander
