Fruit Sandwich

 Fruit sandwich (serve 4)

Ingredients

Apple-1 (grated)

Pine apple – 2 slices (chopped)

Cherries-1/2 bowl

Hungcurd-150gms

Honey / stevia- 2 tsp

Cinnamon-2 pinch

Oats / Dalia bread- 8 slices

 Method - Grate apple and chop cherries after deseeding. Slice the pineapple into thin strips and chop fine. Take hung curd in a large bowl and add these fruits in it. Now add honey / stevia and cinnamon powder in it. Mix properly. Put 1 tbsp fruit mixture on one slice and cover with another and cut the sides .Serve chilled into desired shape.
