Crunchy Ragi Dosa

 Ingredients

½ medium size onion chopped

2-3 green chillies finely chopped

3tbsp ragi flour

A handful coriander leaves chopped

½ cup of curd

½ tsp oil

Salt to taste

 

Method-

Add ½ cup of curd and rest water to ragi flour to make a thick batter and add salt to taste. Heat oil in a non stick pan; put the batter to make dosa when the oil get heated. Top the chopped vegetable over it and turn the dosa with upside down when the other side is cooked.
