black rice chicken stir fry

 ingredient

 
100 g boneless chicken
 
1/3rd cup black rice of any brand, soaked 5 hours in water
 
1/4th cup chopped onion
 
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
 
1 tsp chopped garlic
 
1 tsp organic naturally brewed soy sauce
 
1 tsp sriracha sauce
 
2 tsp olive oil
 
1 and 1/2 cups chicken broth/ water
 
a handfull freshly chopped coriander.
 
salt to taste
 
Direction
 
Take a heavy bottom pan, heat it. Add olive oil,chopped onion, garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Then add chicken, saute till become light brown . Add bell peppers and stir for 5 minutes.Add soy sauce,sriracha sauce,black rice and stir again for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken broth, salt and cook at low flame for 20 -25 minutes.Once cooked add freshly chopped coriander and serve hot.
