 Bael sharbat

Ingredients

Bael fruit pulp- 2 tbsp

cumin powder (roasted) – ½ tsp

Black Salt – ½ tsp

Lime juice -1 tsp

Water – 1 glass

Mint leaves-2-3 leaves

 

Method:- First mash the pulp and soak it for 2 to 3 hrs in double amount of water. Sieve the soaked pulp from muslin cloth or from heavy strainer by pressing it with the help of spoon. Remove seeds and discard insoluble fiber. Mix salt, cumin powder and lemon juice in sieved juice. Add some ice cubes or keep in refrigerator for 20-25 minutes, Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
