You Are What You Eat
Eating healthy has an impact on how your skin looks.
Asparagus, Avocado, Peaches, Beet greens, kale, spinach, eggs, sweet potato and red peppers are best source.
Omega 3 fatty acid- maintains flexibility of skin keeping it wrinkle free, since our body does not synthesize this. Our body has to be supplemented from outside sources like salmon, flaxseeds, chia seeds and walnuts.
Collagen - Its an essential protein that keep our skin youthful, glowy and supple. It provides elasticity to the skin. As we grow older production of collage declines gradually and our skin develops fine lines and dryness and hence become loose.supplementing collagen from outside would be of great help.
To Boost Collagen--Eat Bananas, Avocado, Dark leafy veggies, Kiwi, Berries and Almonds .
