tofu stuffed parantha

 Ingredients serve  1

1/4 cup tofu, crumbled

2 tsp  fresh coriander , chopped

2 tsp chopped  onion

1/2 tsp, garlic minced

2 pinches chaat masala

salt to taste

1 tsp green chilly, chopped

1/2 tsp sesame seed

30g whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp desi ghee

 

Method

1. knead a soft dough of whole wheat atta and keep aside.

2. Take a mixing bowl , add. tofu , onion , fresh coriander, chaat masala, green chilly , salt, garlic, sesame seed and mix well. 

3.stuff this mixture  in the whole wheat atta dough and roll out chapati.

4.Heat a skillet and cook the stuffed chappati from both the side. Once cooked spread 1/2 tsp of Desi ghee.

Serve with green chutney or tomato chutney.
