Its summer time and sun dehydrates us so its very important to keep your self hydrated. we must avoid over the counters available sugary drinks or powder. to keep yourself hydrated and healthy drink atleast 10 glasses of water-- there is no alternative to water . other the water you can have buttermilk,fresh coconut water,lemon water,drink made from bael fruit,freshly squeezed juices. we should eat light in summers so go for green veges and salad during the day,consume curd or yougart to keep your stomach happy. avoid uncovered food to avoid stomach infections.
