Spicy butter milk

Ingredients-
Curd- 250 gm
Water- 150 ml
Green chilli crushed- 1
Mint leaves- 2-3
Coriander leaves chopped- 1 tsp
Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 2 tast
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
Hing- 1 pinch
Method- Add water in the curd and whisk the curd, Add crushed chilli, ginger, mint,coriander leaves and salt. Take a pan and heat.Add hing, mustard seed, and jeera. as the seeds start cracking remove from the flame and pour on the buttermilk.
