protein rich ladoo
Ingredients
25g makhana
1/2 cup musk melon seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashew
1 and 1/2 cup good quality, deseeded dates
2 tbsp Ghee
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp thin slices of pistachos.
Method
Grind all the seeds and nuts in mixy and make a coarse powder of seeds and nuts. Then Grind dates in mixy.
Heat 2 tbsp Ghee in a pan and roast the mixture of seeds in low flame. while roasting add 1/4tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder , 1 cup desiccated
coconut and roast for 2 mins. Then add dates and mix them properly in low flame only.
Add pistachos and mix well.
Let the mixture cool down. Apply little ghee on your palms and roll small balls of this nutty mixture. These ladoos can be stored for 1 month .
