Power Dosa

Ingredients-
Washed and chopped spinach- 100 gm
Basmati rice(soaked over night) - 1 cup
Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Green chilli -2
Method- Blend the soaked rice,spinach and green chilli.Now transfer the batter in a bowl, add salt, garlic paste and some water according to the consistency. Mix it well. Heat non stick tawa, sprinkle a little water on it and wipe it gently using a cotton cloth. pour the batter on it, spread it in a circular motion. Smear 1/4 tsp oil over it along the edges and cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns little brown in color from both sides.you can serve it with chutney.
