plum salad

Ingredients
200 g plums, peeled,cut into 4-6 slice
mixed salad leaves ( arugula / rocket leaves and lettuce)
1/2 avocado, cut into thin slices
1/2 cup, julienne of carrot and beetroot
50 g feta cheese/ paneer
salt and pepper to taste
For Dressing
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp naturally brewed soy sauce
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp toasted sesame seed
Method
Take a mixing bowl and add salad leaves, avocado , plums, julienne of carrot beetroot and crumbled feta cheese/ paneer. Add salt pepper, mix well and keep aside. To make dressing take a small bowl, add lime juice, soy sauce, coconut sugar and mix well.Add toasted sesame seed once cool.
Drizzle this dressing on the salad before serving.
