Oats Mung Dal Cutlet

 Yellow mung dal – ½ cup

Oats- ½ cup

Boiled potato – 1 small

Amchoor powder – 1 tsp

Onion – ½ cut into small pieces

Green chili – 1 chopped

Chat masala – 1 tsp

Haldi  powder- ¼ tsp

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Green coriander- 2 tsp

Oil – 2 tsp

Salt acc to taste

 

Method – Boil mung dal in 1 cup in a cooker. Drain water and make thick paste of dal. Add all other ingredients in it and prepare 6 tikki with this mixture. Bake these tikki on air fryer.

Serve tikki with green chutney.

Can 2 tikki with 1 bowl of sauté veg as a meal.
