makhana bhel for Navratra fast

Ingredients
1 small katori makhana
1 small boiled potato
1/2 tsp desi ghee
2 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp pomegranate
Sendha namak to taste
1/2tsp Roasted cumin seed powder
Chopped green chilly
Chopped coriander leaves
Method
Roast makhana on a skillet in desi ghee.keep it aside to cool.once cool they become crispy.
Now take mixing bowl,put makhana,pomegranate seed,boiled potato,roasted cumin powder,chopped coriander,green chilly,sendha namak and lime juice. Mix well and serve.
