consuming empty calories through sodas and specially in teenagers sports drink are making us fat by almost 1 to 1.5 k.g.'s a month if consumed on an average 4 to5 cans in a week.other then calorie these drinks are ladden with caffine which is harmful for our health if taken through sodas and sports drink. solution- Drink fresh juice,coconut water,lemon water or yougart based drink to regain health.
