Healthy Misal Pav

Ingredients
sprouts-1 cup
onion chopped 1 medium
mustard seeds 1tsp
curry leaves 6-8
Green chilies-2
Ginger julienns -1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
red chili powder 1/4th tsp
garama masala 1/4th tsp
roasted cumin seed powder 1/4th tsp
coriander powder 1/4th tsp
Hing 1/4th tsp
oil 1tbsp
wheat pav 1
salt to taste
sev to garnish
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves,green chilies, ginger, sprouts and saute.
Add turmeric powder,red chili powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder, coriander powder,hing,and salt along with water.
cover and cook till done. Garnish with sev and serve with bread bun.
