gluten free nutri momos

Ingredient
1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup nutri granules
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
salt to taste
2 tsp chopped green onion
1 stsp red chilli
Method
soak granules in water for 2 mins. squeeze out water properly. Take a pan add oil and heat it. Put minced garlic, chopped onion, red chilli powder, soya granules , salt and sauté for 5 mins. keep it aside to cool.
Make soft rice flour dough by adding water. Take small portion of the dough and roll out to spread like roti. put the stuffing of nutri granules in the centre and fold it . you can fold the tortilla in any shape as you like.
Steam it in a steamer or idli making cooker. Serve with chutney.
