Ingredients
Urad Dal paste 2 cups
lemon juice 3tbsp
curd 4tbsp
jaggery 1/2tbsp
salt 1 tsp
red chilli powder to taste
chaat masala to taste
Roasted cumin powder to taste
Tamarind sauce to taste
Freshly chopped Coriander to garnish
Method:
Prepare a paste of soaked Urad Dal with salt and water to a thick consistency. Heat water in a pan and add lemon juice. Make small dumplings from the batter and boil into the water. Cover till cooked. Put the dumpling in cold water, strain and keep aside. Take Another bowl and whip curd and jaggery together. Pour the curd on dumplings in a serving bowl. dd red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder and tamarind sauce according to taste. Garnish with coriander and serve chilled.
