Crispy  Zucchini

 Ingredients

1 small zucchini

rice flour for dusting

mixed Italian herb

salt and pepper to taste

chilli flakes (optional)

2 tsp olive oil 

 

Method

 

Wash zucchini properly. With help of a knife, cut thin, flat long slices of zucchini. Put rice flour in a plate.Take the zucchini  slices one by one and coat it with rice flour from both the sides.

 

Take a skillet and heat it, put  few drops of oil and grease it well. Take each slice of zucchini and cook it from both the sides on the skillet. Take out from the skillet once it become crisp or, 

otherwise, you can  airfry the zucchini slices after coating with rice flour.

 

once your crisp zucchini is prepared,season it with mixed Italian herb , salt and pepper.
