crispy soya cutlet
Ingredients
1 medium size potato
2 tbsp soya granules
1 tbsp, finely chopped carrot
1 finely chopped green chilly
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp rice flour or cornflour
salt to taste
a pinch of coriander powder
a pinch of cumin powder
a pinch of red chilly powder
2 tsp oil.
Method
Boil potato and peel.soak soya granules in warm water for 10 mins till it absorb water and swell. squeeze out all water properly from it. Take a bowl mash potato, add soya granules, chopped carrot , onion garlic green chilly, all spices and mix well to bind them.take small portion of the mixture and make small patty and coat it with rice flour or cornflour.Now grease a skillet with little oil and cook the patty in medium flame till become golden brown. Then turn upside down and cook.
You can also use a air fryer to make soya cultlet.
Serve soya cutlet with steam veggies and green chutney as meal.
