chick pea and spinach stew

Ingredients
1/2 cup chick pea, boiled
2 cup spinach
1 tomato, chopped
1/3rd tsp garam masala
red chilli flakes
2 tsp garlic,minced
1 onion, chopped
a fistfull, chopped parsley
1 tsp coriander
2 tsp lime juice
2 cups veg broth
salt to taste
grounded black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add the onions and garlic and cook, tossing regularly, for 3 to 5 minutes or until softened.
Add the tomatoes, spinach, chickpeas, and veg broth. Add the parsley and season with a good dash of salt and black pepper. Stir in the spices.
Bring to a boil of medium-high, then turn the heat down to low and cover partway, leaving part of the top open. Allow the spinach to simmer for 25 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and finish with lemon juice.
