carrot onion tomato soup

ingredients- carrot- 5-6
onion- 1
tomato -2
olive oil - 1 tsp
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
chilli powder- acc to taste
salt and pepper to taste
method - Heat oil in pressure cooker over medium heat. add chopped onions and cook stir ring, until softened, about 4 min.stir in turmeric, and chilli powder and cook, for 1 min. add chopped carrots and tomatoes and 4 cups water, bring to a boil. close lid and give 2 whistles. take off the stove. allow to cool.
puree carrots onions and tomatoes. run the mixture through a strainer to discard tomato seeds. put in a sauce pan and heat over medium flame, stirring until it boils. add more water if too thick. stir in lime juice. season to taste with salt and pepper.and garnish with coriander leaves.
