Carrot, corn, peas salad

Ingredients
Carrot- chopped- ½ cup
Corn- 1 hand full
Peas- ½ cup
Balsamic vinegar- 1 tsp
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Palm sugar- ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Coriander leaves- 5-7
Method- whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sugar, and salt in large bowl.
put veggies in boiling water for 5 min. strain and cool. Add veggies to vinegar-olive oil mix. Add freshly ground black pepper and toss gently. Serve with garnishing of your choice.
