Beetroot hungcurd relish

Ingredients
50-70g beetroot
100 ml hungcurd
1/2 tsp roasted and grounded cumin seeds
salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
5-6 buds of garlic
Method
You just need to churn everything in the mixy.serve it with your favourite snacks likeflatbreads,steam veggies, a toast or roasted chips.
