Amaranth kheer
Ingredients
Popped amaranth – 2 tsp
Low fat milk – 200ml
Elaichi powder- ½ tsp
Almonds- 3-4 thinly sliced
Sugar 1 tsp ( if required)
Method- boil the milk in a pan and continuously stir it. Now add amaranth, almonds, elaichi powder and mix well. Cook until the mixture is thickened and acquires a creamy texture. Serve it hot.
